Notice of Application to Establish a Bank Office in Des Moines

Twin Cedars Bank, Bussey, Iowa will submit an application to the appropriate Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for authorization to establish a bank branch office at 2222 Grand Avenue Suite 200 Room 1, Des Moines, Iowa within 5 days of this publication. Any person wishing to comment on this application may also file with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the FDIC Regional Office located at 1100 Walnut Street, Suite 2100, Kansas City, MO 64106 not later than February 16, 2024. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
